That often-overlooked Wii U platformer Yoshi's Woolly World is about to get overlooked once again on Nintendo 3DS, when it launches in February.

Okay, that's perhaps a bit harsh - it's going to be its own game after all. The new title is called Poochy & Yoshi's Woolly World and, as it suggests, features Poochy on a larger scale.

That can't be a bad thing, surely?

It will feature all of the Wii U's levels as well as a few extras that focus on Poochy. You'll even play as the adorable little pup in those.

You can also bring a trio of his puppies into the regular levels with you, and they'll help sniff out secrets for you.

If that doesn't sound adorable enough for you, then the fact a yarn Poochy amiibo is launching alongside it should be. Just look at it! It's the cutest thing you've seen in your whole life, admit it.

Mark February 3rd on your calendars right now, as that's when Poochy & Yoshi's Woolly World launches on 3DS.

There's been a pretty hefty delay on the arrival of Tower Fortress by Keybol, but we should hopefully be seeing it soon.
First glimpse of the new artwork for #TowerFortress coming to mobile and PC. developed by @keybol and published by us ;) #pixelart #indiedev pic.twitter.com/gkoK8WIJEM— Nitrome (@Nitrome) April 28, 2017 For those who haven't heard of the title before, Tower Fortress is a neat tower climber which draws inspiration from some of its favourite retro games.

Excitingly, as announced on Twitter at the end of last week, the game has been picked up by Nitrome (Silly Sausage/ReDungeon). Aside from this tidbit, we also snatched a closer look at some of the combat and its controls.

Though it was due out originally on mobile and PC in March, there's still no set date for Tower Fortress' release. But, as always, we'll keep you updated when we hear more. It can't be too much longer now.
What's bred in the bone will stick to the flesh.

I don't think you ever can be. Here goes:

Holy crap... woah. Spidey, dude, what have they done to you?

According to Netmarble this is the new SPIDOC variant of M.O.D.O.K. made for Halloween. It's a goddamn costume.

In total, six characters have new Halloween costumes including Lash, Blade (70s Classic), Ghost Rider, Punisher (Noir), and Black Cat (Claws).

The eagle-eyed of you out there will notice that Lash is a new addition to the game. Yep, he's one of three new characters; the other two are Warwolf and Elsa Bloodstone.

This Halloween update also adds six star skill sets for Punisher, Black Bolt, and Thor.

An Infinite Calm takes you on a grand puzzle-solving quest across a vast, colourful ocean. It comes to us from developer Gerard Delaney, and it’s set for release on the App Store on September 19th, with an Android launch planned soon after.

Gerard is currently a programmer at Mighty Games Group, developer of Disney Crossy Road and the cutesy Piffle from last year. With his first major solo effort, he hoped to create a ‘positive showcase of the amazing technology we all carry in our hands’, which has ultimately taken the form of an endless puzzle game.

There are said to be millions of unique layouts and colour combinations, all carefully generated to retain a handcrafted feel. Gameplay itself is kept simple, with you being challenged to match tiles on each small island.

As you continue to progress, you’ll gradually uncover well-hidden secrets dotted throughout the many, many levels. My concern with randomly generated levels or gameplay scenarios is that monotony can often set in quickly, but it sounds like Delaney’s game has a few tricks up its sleeve.
Or forced examples, 'gainst her own content,
